My size isn't in stock! When will it be restocked?

When an item goes out of stock, you will have the option to be automatically notified when the product is restocked. We also will announce sitewide restocks and restocks of limited edition merch in our News section and via our Newsletter.

What payment methods does Dead Media Market accept?

We use PayPal to allow payment via PayPal account and/or all major credit and debit cards including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner’s Club and JCB.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to be received. We normally process all orders within one business day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! An invoice will be automatically mailed to the email address provided during check out. If you do not receive it, please be sure to check your spam folder. If it is not present please contact us immediately so that we can resend your invoice.

How secure is Dead Media Market? Is my data protected? Will you sell my data to 3rd party businesses?

Dead Media Market is exceptionally secure and uses the latest TLS 1.3 for securing connections as well as Cloudflare CDN to prevent DDoS and MITM attacks. We also never process our payments directly on Dead Media Market, but through our Paypal Powered by Braintree payment gateway.

Dead Media Market does not share, sell, or collect your data to sell to 3rd party businesses.
